Comfort units are designed on high ambient T3 (+50°C) conditions and go through these four stages before dispatch.
Units are made from heavy gauge galvanized steel sheets that are degreased, derusted, phosphated and finished with electrostatic baked powder paint for corrosion resistance. Also available in a special design for hazard areas / cement factory standard.
Evaporator and condenser coils are made of seamless copper tubes and aluminium plate fins, mechanically expanded for best fit and performance, with 11–12 fins per inch for dusty environments.
Custom electrical control panels (ECP / DB) with phase failure relay, contactors, thermal overload relays and time delay relays, plus an optional power monitor that stops the unit on phase failure or under / over voltage.
Coils are leak tested under water with nitrogen at 250 and 450 psig. PAC chillers are factory assembled, internally wired, charged with refrigerant and operationally tested at the factory before dispatch.
